Order Processing Time
We work hard to get your cosplay items to you as quickly as possible. All orders are processed within 1-2 business days after payment confirmation.
Shipping Methods & Timeframes
We offer two shipping options to meet your cosplay needs:
🚀 Standard Shipping – $12.95
- Carrier: DHL or FedEx
- Delivery Time: 10-15 business days after shipping
- Best for: When you need your costumes and decor items quickly
- Tracking: Full tracking included
🎃 Free Shipping
- Carrier: EMS
- Delivery Time: 15-25 business days after shipping
- Minimum Order: $50 or more
- Best for: Budget-conscious cosplayers planning ahead
🌍 International Shipping
We ship globally to help cosplayers worldwide! Please note we currently cannot ship to some Asian countries and remote regions. International customers are responsible for any customs fees or import duties.
Returns & Exchanges Policy
We want you to be completely satisfied with your cosplay purchases. If your item isn’t perfect for your character transformation, our returns process is designed to be straightforward and helpful.
Returns & Exchanges Timeframe
We accept returns and exchanges within 15 days of you receiving your order. To be eligible for return or exchange:
- Items must be in original condition
- Unworn and unwashed
- All original tags attached
- In original packaging
⚠️ Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on:
- Opened makeup or cosmetic items
- Personalized or custom-made costumes
- Intimate apparel items
- Items damaged due to customer misuse or wear
How to Initiate a Return or Exchange
1 Contact Our Support Team
Email us at [email protected] with your order number and details about the item you wish to return or exchange.
2 Wait for Authorization
Our team will respond within 1-2 business days with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and instructions.
3 Package Your Item
Securely pack the item in its original packaging, including all tags and accessories.
4 Include Documentation
Print and include the completed return form and your RMA number.
5 Ship Your Return

Refund & Exchange Processing
Refund Processing
Once we receive and inspect your returned item:
- Refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days of receiving your return
- Refunds will be issued to your original payment method
- We accept: Visa, MasterCard, JCB, and PayPal
- Original shipping costs are non-refundable
- Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility, unless the return is due to our error
Exchange Processing
For exchanges:
- We will ship your replacement item once we receive your return
- If the exchange item costs more, you’ll need to pay the difference
- If the exchange item costs less, we’ll refund the difference
- Standard shipping charges apply for exchange shipments
