We want you to be completely satisfied with your cosplay purchases. If for any reason you’re not happy with your order, our returns and exchanges policy is designed to make the process as easy as possible.

Returns & Exchanges Timeframe

We accept returns and exchanges within 15 days of receiving your order. Please note that all items must be in their original condition – unworn, unwashed, with all original tags attached, and in the original packaging.

How to Initiate a Return or Exchange

Follow these simple steps to return or exchange an item:

  1. Contact Our Support Team: Email us at [email protected] with your order number and details about the item you wish to return or exchange.
  2. Wait for Authorization: Our team will respond within 1-2 business days with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and instructions.
  3. Package Your Item: Securely pack the item in its original packaging, including all tags and accessories.
  4. Include Documentation: Print and include the completed return form (template provided below) and your RMA number.
  5. Ship Your Return: Mail the package to our address at:

Refund Processing

Once we receive and inspect your returned item:

  • Refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days of receiving your return
  • Refunds will be issued to your original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal)
  • Original shipping costs are non-refundable
  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the return is due to our error

Exchange Processing

For exchanges:

  • We will ship your replacement item once we receive your return
  • If the exchange item costs more, you’ll need to pay the difference
  • If the exchange item costs less, we’ll refund the difference
  • Standard shipping charges apply for exchange shipments

Important Notes

Non-Returnable Items: For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on:

  • Opened makeup or cosmetic items
  • Personalized or custom-made costumes
  • Intimate apparel items
  • Damaged items due to customer misuse or wear

International Returns: As we ship globally (excluding some Asian countries and remote regions), international customers are responsible for any customs fees or import duties associated with returns.
